Are we actually an Indian?
I pondered over this topic over and over again but didn't want to accept the answer. Yes, ofcourse I am India, I am born Indian; My nationality is indian and I am proud to be an Indian.  Is that all it takes to be an Indian?? I asked my self and then my answer changed to question mark.
As a kid or student we were made to study civics, geography, history, political science; those theoretical subjects, which made very one yawn, scoring subjects for some while sleeping period for the rest. Those crucial subjects had the insights of our country India, it's topographical pattern, the pattern of pious Indian rivers, the political system, our constitution and it's amendment, it's history, the valor of great Indian freedom fighters. But it was just "The Subject", which was meant to be gain maximum marks and be closed after the class. This is the topic for all those who are yet to be awaken and be the integral part of India.

Gadgets, technology, money, love affairs, gossip have became so desperate part of our life that we have forgot to think and react on our responsibility towards our nation. Our responsibility is not to form a political party or to discourage one or to blame corruption and put hand on hand or be a puppet, and neither to go abroad in the name and status of foreign education and finally return with the disgusted, pity and condescending feeling towards the backward India. Rather our duty to be the good learner, and not a student, be aware of our country's status, position, upliftment, happening and to make our country our passion and forever subject to be studied. It is our country and we ought to be country savvy along with tech-savvy.
